Youth Christmas Pageant
Sunday, December 13th
Our HCC Youth and their families have made touching and fun home videos to share with us! In place of a sermon that Sunday, we will view a compilation of their videos sharing Christmas traditions, Christmas heirlooms, and their response to what makes Christmas a special time of year. The videos will include scripture readings of the Nativity story. This service will be recorded and shared live on Facebook and YouTube for all to view.
ZOOM Advent Bible Study
Based on the movie,
“It’s A Wonderful Life”

Who doesn’t love the Christmas classic, “It’s a Wonderful Life?” Sheila Jacobs has written a Bible Study called “To Live Again” which uses clips from the movie, combined with scripture readings, to bring together a new appreciation of the lives that God has given us. Chapters include “Hopes and Dreams”, “When Life Doesn’t Go Our Way”, “In the Dark Times”, and “The Right Perspective”. No book required other than your Bible. If possible, you are encouraged to watch the entire movie on your own before the study begins. Each week we will watch short clips from the movie and discuss. The meeting will be held virtually via ZOOM. Meeting ID 4198231972. The study began in November, but you are welcome to still join in!
