Those in need may request delivery from the Southside LIFE station by filling out the registration form at Lifestationtoledo.com or by calling 419-242-3340. The LIFE station is open for walk up six days a week and for the duration of the COVID emergency no referral is needed.
All ZIP codes of Toledo, Northwood, and parts of Oregon are within our reach for delivery and anyone is welcome to walk-up if they prefer. There are no age limits only an expression of need.
