ANNUAL COOKIE WALK! Sunday, December 1st Bring 3 – 4 dozen home-baked cookies of one kind on one plate. After church, fill a take-out container with a variety of delicious cookies! You pay $5.00 per pound. All proceeds will be used to purchase Christmas presents for local children in need.
Men’s Breakfast & Ladies’ Lunch First Tuesday of the Month December 3, 2019. Men’s Breakfast will meet at 9:00 a.m. at Briarfield Café in Maumee. Ladies Lunch will meet at 11:30 a.m. at Bob Evans at Levis Commons.
Christmas Theatre Night Out Friday Dec. 13, 2019: Let’s carpool (meeting at HCC at 6:30 p.m.) to Eisenhower Middle School in Oregon, OH to see a
live musical production of two Christmas musicals: A Charlie Brown Christmas (with an all-children cast) and a Broadway-style Christmas
musical called “One Bethlehem Night”. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. if you want to meet us there, and it is produced by From the Heart Theatre
Group, which is affiliated with Ashland Baptist Church. Please sign up in the sanctuary if you plan to attend, and indicate if you will meet there or carpool from HCC.
Girls’ December Event: Wednesday, Dec. 11th, Dinner at 6 p.m. followed by shopping and wrapping presents. For our Christmas project this year we have chosen to provide items for The Nest in Bowling Green. The Nest is a faith-based non-profit whose mission is to serve families with the love of Christ by providing free childcare for parents completing their education.
Women’s Retreat Saturday, February 1st, 9:00-3:00 p.m. 577 Foundation Cottage Perrysburg, OH. Cost is $25. Please sign up in the sanctuary if you
would like to attend. Attendance includes breakfast, lunch, and study guide, and is limited to 12 women.
