on Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Zip codes served remain
the same: 43606, 43610, 43611, 43612, 43613, & 43620. ID
with current address (or ID & something that shows current
address) & proof of how many are in the family (medical
cards or social security cards of all others in the household)
is required. Folks living in the above zip codes may visit one
time per month.
