Central Park Congregational Church (CPCC) is a small congregation that has been in Toledo, Ohio since 1942. CPCC is in search of an Part Time Community/Outreach Pastor. We have a faithful congregation that is currently around 30+ people. We are seeking a Community Pastor to work beside our Senior Pastor who can assist in leading the people of God to the next step in our spiritual growth as well as physical growth as a congregation.
Our desire is for a person who is led by the Holy Spirit with a sincere heart for outreach and evangelism and guided by the Bible. This position will primarily focus on outreach in the community and developing teams to assist on a weekly bases. A person who loves God and loves His people. A person who will faithfully preach and teach God’s word and reach out to the community with the gospel of Jesus Christ. We need someone who is an exceptional spiritual leader with administrative skills, and who will work collaboratively with the church board and all ministries of the church. This person must be guided by the principles outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
Some of the duties include outreach efforts in the community, following up with visitors, evangelism outing, attendance at special called meetings, as well coordination of various assignments from the Senior Pastor.
The working hours will be primarily weekends, Saturdays & Sundays. This is a paid, part time position.
