Love God. Love Others. That’s It. Welcome to the most enduring educational offering in the City of Toledo – Central City Ministry of Toledo, otherwise known as CCMT! For over 150 years, and even before Toledo was a City, the Diocese of Toledo has been providing education to Toledo’s residential core. CCMT represents the oldest operating K-8 in the City and serves as the only faith-based inner-city education available. CCMT schools include Queen of Apostles Catholic School (circa 1867) and Rosary Cathedral Catholic School (est. 1915). Together, we are CCMT. We invite you to be a part of our legacy, our mission, and our ministry. www.centralcityministryoftoledo.org We will be hosting speakers from CCMT soon.* *Date unavailable at bulletin deadline.

Students Recycle for the Ronald McDonald House Summer is still time to save those pop tabs! Students and parishioners are encouraged to turn in all donations of pop tabs to the main office on either school campus throughout the school year. Every year, hundreds of pounds of pop tabs are collected by students which help keep the pantry stocked at the Ronald McDonald House for families who travel to Toledo for their children’s medical care. Thank you for your support of the school-wide service project! Have a safe and happy summer vacation. Pray, play, read!

A Graduation Celebration! You’re Invited All members of Saint Joseph Parish are invited to the Diocesan Celebration for the graduates of the Loyola University of New Orleans Institute for Ministry Extension (LIMEX) Program. This year, four graduates in our diocese have earned a Master of Pastoral Studies degree (MPS), a Master of Religious Education degree (MRE), or a certificate of Religious Education (CRE), among them our “own” Mary Elaine Schoen! This nationally known program in Religious Education and Pastoral Studies is one of the best in the country! The Loyola University program provides people who don’t live near universities or institutions of higher education an opportunity to pursue advanced studies in theology and ministry. We are grateful to the Diocese of Toledo for sponsoring such a high quality program for the people of our diocese. The graduation celebration will be held at Saint Patrick of Heatherdowns Church, 4201 Heatherdowns Boulevard, Toledo, OH 43614 on Sunday, August 5, 2018, beginning with a Mass of Thanksgiving at 2:00 p.m., followed by a reception in the Holy Family Center.
