The 10th annual Greater Toledo Right to Life Legislative Briefing Breakfast (LBB) will be on a Monday, March 19th, at the Hilton Garden Inn. Hopefully, if we get positive responses from DeWine and Taylor, we will have a gubernatorial panel discussion on life, family, and religious liberty.
Each year, the Greater Toledo Right to Life hosts this breakfast in hopes to educate the greater Toledo area about the advocacy work going on and where their engagement is needed so that the laws that set the stage for the war on life give solid legal arguments that can be used to be an effective voice for the voiceless throughout Northwest Ohio. If the level of awareness is raised, and more people are armed with the knowledge of what is presently at stake at the state and federal levels, there is a better chance at impacting law for life.
For 2018, the breakfast has been moved to the Hilton Garden Inn (6165 Levis Commons Blvd in Perrysburg) in hopes that attendance can grow from 230 last year to 300+ this year. The support at this event gives Greater Toledo Right to Life the exposure to have the impact we pray it has in reaching our region with the information needed to make a difference for life at the voting booth in electing state and federal representation which in turn votes to support the legislation that values life and prevents the passage of laws that further a ‘culture of death’.
To secure a seat at this pro-life legislative update event, go to www.gtrtl.org and purchase a table for 10 at $250 or individual tickets at $50. Plated breakfast will be served. Doors open at 7 am and breakfast starts at 7:30 am with presentation through 9 am. Get informed and involved.
