We are inviting you to join us on Friday and Saturday September 29th & 30th 2017 for our 26h annual Craft Show at Calvary Bible Chapel 3740 W Alexis Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43623
The two day rental is $40 (not including the ad) per 6’ space. See attached registration form. Electricity is an additional $3.00 and a foyer or corner space is $47.00. A single day is $25.00.
We supply one table and 2 chairs per space. We also have a limited number of 6’ tables to rent for $7 each if you a renting 2 spaces or more.
We will enter through the East doors under the canopy and start in the foyer, then move into the gymnasium with the rest of the crafters/venders and the Harvest Café. We will start at Noon and end at 7 pm on Friday, allowing an hour for shopping after dinner. We will NOT be running our gently used sale during our craft show per request of both staff and crafters. You spoke and we listened. This should increase sales for everyone.
We will be continue our old favorite Ray’s Famous Roast Beef Dinner on Friday Night from 4:30 to 6:00 PM in Ray’s honor as a memorial to a great cook and a great man… We will have a Country gravy and biscuit breakfast on Saturday morning, with soup, sandwiches and nachos throughout the day.
We will be advertising every possible venue. We will be putting up posters and flyers in as many places as possible. This is where you can always help. If you can distribute some flyers or posters, please note on the application or just stop at the office (open from 9:00 AM until 4:30 PM) and pick some up. They are ready for you.. This is a great help and benefits you and others as you take the flyers to shows that you have or attend before setting up at ours. You are also free to make copies of the flyer included in this mailing.
We are looking forward to a very successful year. I encourage you to sign & return your application as soon as possible. Date it and tell us what type of craft you will be displaying and be sure to note if you will need electricity. We will try not to place your table next to a table with “like” items. I realize that spacing them properly is good for sales for everyone. (We can only do this if everyone is specific about what they are selling).
