TOPS (Take Off Pound Sensibly)
We have three Chapters of TOPS (Take Off Pound Sensibly) that meet at different days and times at King Of Glory Lutheran Church, 6517 Brint Rd., Sylvania. We have two groups that meet on Monday. Chapter 1672 meets at 9am. and Chapter 640 meets at 6:30 pm. Chapter 1961 meets on Tuesday evening at 6:30 pm. We are a non-profit organization and not church affiliated.
