Toledo, Ohio Emmanuel Christian School announces their “Bigs” vs. “Littles” soccer match scheduled to kick off at 2 p.m. on Thursday, October 2, 2014.
The “Littles” (elementary soccer team) have challenged the “Bigs” (Emmanuel’s varsity soccer team). The event will be attended by the EC student body, as well as the both family and friends.
This fun-filled match will provide students the opportunity to connect with older and younger students and athletes,as well as give the elementary soccer players the opportunity to show off the soccer skills that they have developed during this year’s season.
The EC “Littles” have been playing as teams within Washington Local recreational soccer league. The teams are coached by Mrs. Beth Hall, Emmanuel’s Director of Special Services. Students who are on the teams range in ages from Kindergarten to 5th grade and include students who are also a part of EC’s Special Services department.
