church-newsletter-clipart-20Respect Life Change for Life Baby Bottle Campaign Thank you for your support of the Baby Bottle Campaign again this year! Your generosity and compassion for others is so inspiring. $5,343.46 has been collected to date. It is amazing how a small amount of “change” can make such a big difference. The money will be used to buy Kroger gift cards which will be given to Heartbeat and the Pregnancy Center. They will be used to purchase diapers, wipes and other items needed by their clients and their babies.

Volleyball Open Gym for girls in grades 3-8. Open gym for the upcoming volleyball season will begin the 2nd week in July. Tuesdays beginning July 10th: 5:00-6:00 p.m. – 3rd grade 6:00-7:00 p.m. – 5th grade 7:00-8:00 p.m. – 7th grade Thursdays beginning July 12th: 5:00-6:00 p.m. – 4th grade 6:00-7:00 p.m. – 6th grade 7:00-8:00 p.m. – 8th grade Location: East Campus Gym Prerequisites: Students must complete an online registration, including an Emergency Medical Authorization, and a CYO Athletic Contract signed by their physician before they may participate. Team evaluations and player placements and uniform fittings will take place the last week in July/first week in August. Family Camp Weekend Retreat, August 3-5, is looking for volunteers over age 16 to assist children and adults with developmental disabilities. The weekend is filled with summer camp activities for children and their parents in a supportive and faith-filled environment. YOUR participation will make Family Camp a meaningful experience for a family and for you! PILGRIM CHURCH EVENTS

FREE COMMUNITY LUNCH on Sunday, July 8, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. All are welcome to attend. Those attending may bring a dish to pass if they wish. We hope to see you there!

PILGRIM CHURCH’S VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL -“CAVE QUEST”. The program will be held Monday, July 9 through Wednesday, July 11 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. nightly. Registration and programming are free and the program is open to children ages 4 – 12. This year’s theme is “Cave Quest.” Call the Pilgrim Office at (419) 478-6012 to register! Sylvania Ave. in Toledo, Ohio, will hold its annual Parking Lot Party on Saturday June 23 from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.  This event will include food, live musical entertainment and games for the children, all FREE!  This event is open to the public.  We invite you to come down and have a great time!

Craft Show at Calvary Bible Chapel 3740 W Alexis Rd. Toledo, Ohio 43623
This is a two-day show.  Check the application for an opportunity to advertise your specific craft with Pathways Christian Newspaper.
We will enter through the same doors as in past years and start in the foyer, then move into the gymnasium with the rest of the crafters/venders and the Harvest Café. Weather permitting we have room for approx. six spaces just outside the entrance doors.  We will start at 9:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM on Friday and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Saturday. Some have requested that we have the rummage sale like we use to and it is being considered on a small scale.
