National Juried Art Exhibition
Local Artist Matthew Paskiet has his artwork, Chalcedony Web Sculpture, accepted into
ViewPoint 50, 2018 a national juried art competition sponsored by the Cincinnati Art Club.
This marks the 50th year for this annual competition which comprises 90 works by national
artists in various media.
ViewPoint 50, 2018 will hold an artist’s reception and awards ceremony which is open to the
public at Greenwich House Gallery, 2124 Madison Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45208
on Saturday, September 15th from 6:00 to 10:00 PM. The exhibition will continue through

Installation Mass of Monsignor Michael R. Billian as Pastor of Saint Joseph Parish Come celebrate with us! Monsignor Michael Billian’s Installation Mass, as our new Pastor, will be held on Sunday, August 19th at 9:30 a.m. Bishop Daniel Thomas will preside at this liturgy and we’ll have a reception following the Mass on the south lawn of our Church. Light refreshments will be provided and it will serve as an opportunity to meet-and-greet Bishop Thomas, Monsignor Billian, and fellow parishioners. The Kairos program is a 3 ½ day course in Christianity conducted by a team made up of laymen and clergy in cooperation with the staff at the facility. Twenty-four men will participate in this program that has changed the lives of many who have gone through it. From one of the participants: “I came into the weekend upset, no hope and in pain. I’m taking away peace of mind, joy, and Jesus.” And from Matthew 25:36- “I was in prison, and you visited me.” Continue reading
