A special addition to the German dinner this year will be a presentation and book signing by author Dr. Murray Howe on his best selling book, “Nine Lessons I Learned from My Father.” This past year in hockey-crazy Canada his book was 3rd on their best-selling list.
As Dr. Howe, who practices radiology in the greater Toledo area, explains in the cover of his book: “Gordie Howe may have been the greatest player in the history of hockey, but greatness was never defined by goals or assists in the Howe household.
